Position FAQ

What projects are we doing?

We primarily work on large-scale projects using WordPress and React. Our wonderful clients are based mainly in Europe and North America.

Do I need to be proficient in both frontend and backend to join?

Not necessarily! While a full-stack background is a bonus, our team is diverse. Upon joining, you'll naturally gravitate towards your strengths, be it frontend, backend, or full-stack.

I feel I might be a great fit but am unsure about my technical skills. Should I still apply?

Absolutely. Technical skills are important but can be developed over time. What's truly invaluable is a sense of responsibility. We've often prioritized individual qualities over mere technical prowess. So, why hesitate? Give it a shot!

Do we only work on client projects?

No. While we have a strong portfolio of client projects, many of our major undertakings are our own in-house initiatives. We're as committed to our internal growth as we are to serving our clients.
